Hi,
I did receive the dome, and it now houses my 6 young turkeys. The only problem I have is in moving it. The hubs seem to have settled in, and nestled down for the long haul. The weather has been unseasonably cool and wet for us here, and being a widow, over 70, I don't always get to things in the timeliest manner, having a large place and new fowl to get started. Therefore, the dome has been setting in the same spot for about 3 weeks. I will need some help moving it for sure. I do like it very much other than for moving it. It gives the young turkeys the feel of open air without my having to chase them down. I live on a very busy highway, and my 7' fence would be no obstacle for them, as poults. It is my hope that they will later become too heavy to fly and I can let them free range.
I will of course use it for the next generation of ducks or chickens.
I can't send a pic except from my cell, and it's not cooperating at the time. If I get a stick for it, I will send one later.
