Hello Mr. Hurt,

Thank you again for allowing us to use your hub design.  Without you our project would not have been possible.  I have attached two photos below.  I know the structure looks kinda morbid, but we did a project upon the seven stages of Alzheimer's experienced by a woman in Houston, Texas and how the disease has affected her and her family.  The project was such a success in the festival it was displayed in and we definitely started a conversation on the awareness of this devastating disease.
